Aerosim Flight Academy Welcomes Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation into its Pilot Pathway Program
SANFORD, Fla. (April 24, 2014) – In partnership with Air Wisconsin, Aerosim Flight Academy, an accredited global flight school, is addressing the urgent need for new first officer pilots via its Airline Pilot Pathway Program.
Designed to ensure pilots’ successful employment at Air Wisconsin, the program provides cadets with a guaranteed job interview and the appropriate professional training on Aerosim Flight Academy’s Sanford, Fla. campus.

In the past five years, Aerosim Flight Academy has successfully placed more than 300 first officer pilots at 30 airlines and trained pilots for service in more than 15 countries including China, Taiwan, Colombia, France, Belgium, Khazakstan, and the United Kingdom.
The Air Wisconsin Pilot Pathway Program ensures graduates meet the airlines’ hiring requirements and have access to a professional aviation career by focusing on airline preparation from day one. The program emphasizes discipline and respect, leadership and communication, effective resource management, command authority, and decision making.
The program also includes a dedicated screening and selection process followed by flight training and preparation of the cadet for Air Wisconsin. Cadets enrolled in the Air Wisconsin Pilot Pathway Program have the ability to meet milestone objectives, track progress, and work with Aerosim Flight Academy to prepare for a guaranteed job interview.
