L3 Airline Academy Welcomes Republic Airways into Pilot Pathway Program

SANFORD, Fla. (August 5, 2014) – In partnership with Republic Airways, L3 Airline Academy , an accredited global flight school, is addressing the urgent need for new first officer pilots via the Airline Pilot Pathway Program.

Designed to ensure pilots’ successful employment at Republic Airways, the program includes a dedicated screening and selection process followed by professional flight training and preparation at L3 Airline Academy ’s Central Florida campus.  Additionally, upon reaching 1,200 hours of total flight time, cadets who successfully complete program requirements will earn a guaranteed interview and job offer from Republic Airways.

An experienced, international leader in aviation training, L3 Airline Academy has successfully placed more than 300 first officer pilots at 30 airlines and trained pilots for service in more than 15 countries including China, Taiwan, Colombia, France, Belgium, Khazakstan, and the United Kingdom over the past five years.
