Why Seminole State College of Florida

In aviation, seniority is everything. By graduating from Aerosim Flight Academy and participating in the Tuition Reimbursement Program, pilots will be able to get their certificates/ratings, build flight hours, earn their two year degree, and go on to the airlines in less time than a four year university. Furthermore, many regional airlines prefer pilots to have a Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or at least two years of college experience. Because we want to help our graduates obtain employment with the airlines, Aerosim Flight Academy will reimburse up to 50% of the tuition of an A.A. degree from Seminole State College of Florida. This percentage of reimbursement eligibility is determined by the number of transfer credits accepted by SSC.

How to Enroll

Professional Pilot Program graduates, who have been offered a Certified Flight Instructor position with Aerosim Flight Academy and have completed their probationary period, may contact our Human Resource department to begin the enrollment process.
